Просветите темную меня, мудрые девы. Я в процессе подачи док-в на воссоединение с мамой. Получила гражданство неделю назад, и хотела не теряя времени сразу подвать петицию I-130. Но в инструкции к петиции на http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-130instr.pdf написано:

Мой вопрос - у меня нет еще паспорта США, только сертификат оф натурализейшн. Что ж делать? Не хочу время терять.Обязательно ли копию моего американ. паспорта? Или можно только сертификат подавать? И еще зачем надо мамино свидетельство о рождении? Ничего не сказано в инструкции об этом. Мой свидетельство о рожд. это понятно и логично, но зачем мамино. Логичнее будет послать ее паспорт(копию). Что вы скажете, дамы? Очень жду советов от тех кто уже имеет опыт в этом деле.Заранее спасибо
либо серт о натурализации, либо паспорт. каждый документ по отдельности - пруф ов ситизеншип. у меня до сих пор нет амер. паспорта, однако маме уже назначили интервью.
со 130й петицией только копию вашего св-ва о рождении. мамино понадобится позже для НВЦ в купе со св-вом о разводе, если таковой имел место быть, справкой из милиции, фотками, копией паспорта. хотя они инструктируют, что все офиц. доки должны быть сёртифайд выдавшим органом, я посылала просто ксерокопии, только свое св-во о рождении и о браке отправила оригинальными.
если мне правильно изменяет память, в калифорнии у меня от петиции до одобрения прошло 4 мес.
Dovoli taki stranno. Pro passport ne znaju, a vot certificirovannye kopii ponadobilis - ja tozhe iznachalno poslala vse kopii, no pered intervju mne prislali zapros iz NVC na originals, tak nazyvaemyi document check list, gde bylo napisano:
